Originally from Italy, Manuela Marrapodi has been passionate about dance since childhood, training in Classical, Contemporary, Modern Jazz, and Latin American styles like Salsa and Bachata. Her career in dance allowed her to travel extensively, performing in shows and musicals.
To maintain peak physical fitness, she incorporated various toning exercises into her routine. In 2000, she discovered Pilates as an essential practice for strengthening, stretching, and enhancing her dance performance.
Manuela began her Pilates journey in 2010, training with Balanced Body in Rome, Italy. After five years of study, she became a certified Pilates Coach, later specializing in Pilates Pathologies, Prenatal Pilates, and Pilates Barre through the Italian Federation (CONI, FIF, IPA). In 2016, she expanded her expertise by working in Pilates studios and collaborating with physiotherapists, discovering the benefits of Pilates Reformer for clients with back and neck issues.
Her passion for continuous learning led her to Odaka Yoga (Yoga Flow) in 2020. By integrating Pilates with Yoga Flow, she offers a dynamic mind-body experience, bringing innovation and variety to her classes.
She is fluent in both English and Italian.
